What has happened to etiquette

Since the death of Sir Brian Lochore, a great New Zealander, I have seen at various sports events the reactions to the various length silences requested as a mark of respect for the great man.

At first I thought I was seeing things when I noticed that as many as one third - and perhaps up to half - of the men present did not/do not remove their hats at this time.

Further erosion of New Zealands values.

When the PM keeps laughing away , drinking , and talking to friends and her boyfriend , others unfortunately take her lead.
As we saw with Helen Clarke and other lefties, all general mores and courtesies are all part of the right wing system to be over thrown

I am not a fan of Ardern but even I cannot lay this at her feet. I first noticed it at the very first NPC (or whatever they call it these days) match a week before the test at Eden Park on Saturday and have watched more closely at the start of games since then.
