There is mild moderation.  Normal rules of blogger etiquette and courtesy to blog hosts will apply.with serious transgressors being thrown out.

Unfortunately our system does not allow your comments to show up in the blog post itself.  Just in the comments section.

Ah, life is tough, so many deletions. Summing up the week. The things that shocked us a couple of years ago and we thought would never happen did. Brexit and Drumph, both are now starting to implode. I apologise if I seem to be repeating myself but things have a almost mysterious way of disappearing on this blog

I have often wondered what the alt rights obsession with Obama is. He was President who had served his two terms, did not run against Trump, did more good things than bad, which in itself is an achievement, and retired gracefully.

Well now I know what I didn't know last week.....look at the video and then think about the sheer vindictivness that followed Trumps inauguration. These are not the actions of a man acting in the best interests of his country but mean a spirited man using his authority to settle personal matters.

Oh well, that's my weekly windmill tilting done.

Troll an ugly cave dwelling being.

Trouble is Egbutt, Obama was just like Cullen - he spent all the savings for a long way into the future, then left a whole series of IED's for the incoming administration to deal with. eg. Paris Accord, Health Care, Israel, UN, Iran, EPO and others. Depending on your politics, you may disagree that these were "a problem", but the majority of voters said they were, and the witch lost the 'unloseable' election.

Sorry Gerald. Just sent the grabd children home and they loved the trolls under the ground.
This probably the definition you need.
A depraved individual who sits in front of a computer all day and posts flames of an idiotic or pseudo-intellectual nature on public forums and private websites.

Noel. It's those same trolls who persist in labelling others as trolls. It's called projection. Funny thing, few of them have the wit to start their own blogs.

The lies of the religious reich know no bounds.

MarcW hauls out one - but the majority of voters .

Clinton 65,853,516, Trump 62,984,825. I guess counting isn't your strong suit.

MarcW, why does the mere pointing out a truth send you righteous righties in to meltdown?

You made a claim. You were wrong. I pointed that out. And all you have in response is personal abuse. You'll fit in quite well with the other swamp dwellers here.

Common sense at last, the planned State visit of Trump the UK has been canned........it has been abundantly clear to the authorities that any visit by Trump to Britain will be met with a mass show of democratic force on the streets. With very little notice, Stop Trump and other campaigns will mobilise protests in every town and city in the country.

Trump has the lowest approval ratings of any president since records began eight decades ago. He is loathed and ridiculed by tens of millions of his own people. For May to offer a full state visit to the lying, failing Trump – to use his own terminology – when her own authority has been shattered, would be political suicide. One recent poll suggested that 2 million Brits would protest a state visit. For Trump, too, it would prove an utter humiliation: the United States would see the citizens of their closest ally united with contempt and fury at their unfortunate ruler. Never mind there is always NZ if it is a Nat Government.

I see Tama Iti now wants a pardon.

Can someone please tell him how lucky he was that the laws drafted by the pollies could not be used.

"The Solicitor-General declines permission to lay terror charges. Dr David Collins, QC, said the police had uncovered some "very disturbing activities'' but could not prosecute under the Terrorism Suppression Act. This was because the terror law was "unnecessarily complex, incoherent, and as a result almost impossible to apply to the domestic circumstances observed by the police in this case".

Adolf Fiinkensein said...

Noel, you forgot to add the law was drafted by Clark and her minions who, at the time, were far too busy working on their Electoral Finance Bill, designed to steal all the tax the Labour Party might need to win an election.

You really do live in a parallel reality don’t you, Adolt? What’s that like?

Noel said...

Ahhh it went through the select committee process and the bill passed its third reading on 8 October 2002 with multi-party support and 106 votes in favour.

Snowflake said...

ROFL. Owned. Don’t trigger him Noel!

The Veteran said...

Noel ... multi-party but not unanimous support. The Greens bloc voted against it but for the wrong reasons. They thought it wasn't needed. It was but the drafting was poor and the select committee process flawed with amendments that might have tightened up the Bill rejected out of hand.

Noel said...

Majority support.Never said it was unanimous.
