THE NASTY PARTY STRIKES AGAIN

The KDS which rules the Labour Party reached new lows this week when, in response to the news that John Key had been created a Knight in the Queen's Birthday Honors List, the Labour Party went to the trouble of tasking out adverts pouring scorn on Key and the award.   Nothing subtle about it at all ... the adverts were authorised by the General Secretary of the Labour Party.

They really are a sad, f*****g bunch of losers led by a Union thug whose political resume records that he lost by an increasing margin every time he contested the New Plymouth seat and a lightweight apostate Mormon who lost God and found whisky.   Be very clear ... these two were donkey deep in the decision process.   And they couldn't even get the advert right alleging that Key ripped $1.7b out of the health sector.   Clearly 'they' have supped long and hard from the cup of Josef Goebbels ... tell a lie long enough and people will start to believe it as fact ... better still, make it a BIG lie.  Fact ... under National and against the background of the GFC and multiple earthquakes Vote Health spending increased by $4.8b in nominal terms, $3b in real terms and over 10% in real per capita terms.

I don't normally do bad language but this time I make an exception.   These fuckwits have no class, no class at all.    Their attack on John Key stands in sharp contrast to the unqualified support given by National to Helen Clark in her bid to be UNDP Administrator and latterly to be the UN Secretary-General.    Sharp contrast too with Jim Anderton, the sometime Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Labour Party being made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the same Honors List.

My old Dad who tramped the streets for Labour in Palmerston North and Hawera would be aghast at these antics.   They do not represent the Labour Party values he held dear.   If he were alive this election I suspect he would not be voting Labour ... rather he'd be another convert to the Labour Party missing million(s).

Final point ... this ill advised campaign took place after Coilmar Brunton finished sampling for the poll released tonite.    In it National climbed three points to 49% while Labour was static on 30%. In the preferred PM stakes English pulled away further from Little while the little man's Deputy was snapping at his heels just 2% behind.   Can I suggest both gaps would have been wider if they had polled with this piece of nonsense in play.

A week is a long time in politics....two weeks ago the UK Labour party were polling 17 points behind the Tories. Today....one point. Given that politics is a dirty business and always has been in spite of rose tinted glasses on the past I would not get quite so incensed because it is only the past repeating itself.

It also is a self inflicted wound. When you start mixing knighthoods, honours and baubles with politics this sort of undignified scrum will take place......ban them all.

We'll just have to wait one more day to see how wrong the pollsters are - again.

Egbut ... we agree ... it's a self inflicted wound by a nasty Party wedded to nastiness.

The stupidity of Labour spending Party dosh to do a hit job on a private citizen who is held in respect by the sort of numbers that Little et al can only wet dream about almost beggars belief .... errrrrrrrrr Labour Party dosh???? Word is they're broke ... probably came from the Leader's Office Parliamentary budget funded by the tax payer.
Figures.

Oh, please. This bankster-turned-politician reinstated knighthoods specifically so he could have one, and has seen his ambitions realised. No doubt it will come in very handy in his post-PM business activities. We expect that kind of behaviour from politicians, but that doesn't mean we have to like it.

Naturally you'll be able to back that poisonous little opinion with some evidence?

No? Didn't think so.

"No doubt it will come in very handy in his post-PM business activities.". So far his post-PM business shows he doesn't need any more post-PM business. That's another poisonous little smear of yours failed, PM.

The simple fact is that ex PMs get gongs. Up until now this has not been remarkable. However the nasty, poisonous factions of the left have poured in on this and it's going to backfire on them. The voting public don't like bitter, vile, poisonous little losers.

Milt ... do you honestly believe that JK reinstated Knighthoods just so he could have one? If so then your blood system is infused with KDS. You and yours have totally lost the plot on this one. Hat tip ... the New Years Honors List currently being compiled will feature at least one retiring Labour parliamentarian and you certainly won't see 'us' indulging in the vile and viscous personal attacks that 'distinguish' Labour losers.

I guess to be fair you only referred to JK as a 'bankster' as in 'gangster' ... at least you didn't prefix that with 'Jewboy' as some others have.

Of course Labour is the nasty party. After all, no one on the right would deride a woman simply because she decided against motherhood, would they? Or question her sexuality, as if that had anything to do with her ability to do the job.

They love to espouse their christian vales, but thing Matt 7: 3-5 only applies to others.

I guess to be fair you only referred to JK as a 'bankster' as in 'gangster' ... at least you didn't prefix that with 'Jewboy' as some others have.

No, lets leave the name calling to the OAP from Akaroa. He is the past master, but boy, doesn't he git his tits in a tangle when it is tried on him. The nasty blogger, that one.

Who cares if Johnkey reinstated knighthoods for his own personal benefit or not, it was still a backward looking step.

That's the thing with the right - always terrified of independence and progress.

I'm sure it was a major reason for it. His whole life has been spent furthering his own ambition, why should this incident be any different?

If so then your blood system is infused with KDS.

Having the opinion that "merchant banker" is Cockney rhyming slang and that the kind of people who brought us the GFC aren't the kind who should be put in charge of your country isn't "deranged," it's "reasonable opinion."

I guess to be fair you only referred to JK as a 'bankster' as in 'gangster' ... at least you didn't prefix that with 'Jewboy' as some others have.

Well, that's because I'm not a fascist so "Jewboy" would be a bizarre thing for me to call someone as an imagined insult. But yeah, bankster is deliberately reminiscent of gangster, because it describes the kind of people who get rich helping currency speculators mount attacks on their nation's currency. In Key's case, the description fits perfectly.

Jobson ... I never questioned HC's sexuality nor her decision to remain childless ... and neither did the National Party in a paid advert authorised from the top. For myself I can acknowledge HC as a driven, three times Prime Minister, who didn't take prisoners.

For Jobson & Milt. If you think what Labour did was OK then more fool you both. The polls tell a different story. The 'great unwashed' sense a certain stench emanating from a once respected political force that has lost its way and, in doing so, has elevated personal abuse to new heights.
