Very entertaining Adolf, puzzled by your Highly commended, gloriously affectionate with the last item. We bought one of those with our first farm as 'Plant', right hand flywwheel shields removed and five v belts drove an irrigation pump very mobile for stream pumping.
Also was pressed into service as a hayrake tractor for night lucerne harvesting, we made up to 10 000 small bales some years, swmbo Pilot in command. On finishing one night around midnight she made an observation that we could have been stopped by the drizzle.
"Drizzle" that was in fact a stream of oil droplets from the right hand bearing that was fed by a oil reservoir and scavenger sump pump system. Her hair face and clothes were oil covered.
It led to a crankshaft bearing recon and when Harrison the mechanic handed the old girl back I asked How long before we would need to do it again, he laconically replied Check the taper shims at 10 000 hours and it should see us out'!!!!

Fair call but I think the printing press should have at least got an honourable mention.

I'd add the washing machine - freeing women from laundry at home made it much easier for them to do paid work.
