Clinton had won the election and since then there had been continuing protests on the streets by Trump supporters refusing to accept that 'their' man had lost ... how would the liberal effete media portray this?
Not sure they would be emboldened enough to repeat the line parroted by Michael Cullen ... 'We won, you lost, eat that'.
Probably something along the line of fascist rednecks refusing to accept the will of the people.
Clearly street protests are all OK when the 'left' do it but you can guarantee the tone of media comment/reporting shifts 180 degrees when it's the other side involved.
Meanwhile the analysis continues. Despite the assertion that Trump was an anathema to female voters Clinton scored less with them than Obama did in '08 and '12; only 51% of Union households voted Clinton c/w 41% for Trump; he won the white vote, the evangelical vote, rural America and small/medium town America in spades. In short he rewrote both the electoral map and paradigm.
One thing stands out for me. The Democrats moved left under the influence of Sanders. Their message built around income redistribution and Washington knows best did not resonate with voters. An uncomfortable message for Labour and the Greens ... a message they will choose not to hear
