HAS TO BE HONE'S MOB

The breaking news here that Maori protesters have invaded the Kaitaia Airport claiming the airport as their own and ordering staff in the terminal buildings to leave immediately does nothing to dispel the notion that some Far North Maori have total disregard for the rule of law.

Such action is in breech of aviation law and effectively stops air transport operations.   There is no way Great Barrier Air would want to continue their twice daily Auckland-Kaitaia service without unfettered access to the terminal facilities and meteorological information.

No winners, only losers, and dollars to donuts Hone's mob are front and center to all of this coming alongside the shutting down of  the Te Aupouri Trust Board's social service arm and the axing of twelve staff following the unexplained disappearance of several hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Some things don't change do they!!!!

Updated 16.09 .... see Hone Popata (of the Popota clan perhaps better remembered for throwing mud at John Key) is a leading light in the protest ... funny that.

How good if one of the Hadfield clan had to be emergvac from Kaitaia to Aucky for brain surgery, hang on that could never happen.

I know that provincial airport security is a bit slack but come on, a bunch of intellectually challenged who should be in secure care closing down a vital link depended on by thousands.

Don't you worry about them, GD. They'll just take him to the local tohunga and everything will be sweet as!

He'll get the best treatment Maoridom can provide. Dead by lunchtime.

We are reaping what we have sown. If we insist on running a two tier apartheid type system with different rules and privileges for different groups then you must expect this behaviour.

Was it not you in the last post said that you expect immigrants to this country to abide the norms of the day. Fat bloody chance when you can't even control your own population who are now setting a fine example for other non indigenous groups.

If it had been a group of Iraqi Muslims who took over the airport you and Gravedodger would be oiling the Bren gun. But now it's just a little verbal outrage with a touch of humour. I love the smell of hypocricy in the morning.

Lord EN ... Hadfield and the Popata bros (egged on by the Margaret Mutu's of this world) have never respected the rule of law. They con the gullible and glory in the grievance industry. Most Maori up here have figured them out for what they are and are focused on the future rather than the past.

As for a two tiered system and it was inevitable after 1985 when your mob extended the powers of the Waitangi Tribunal and once the genie was let out of the bottle it was never going to be put back in ... but having said that I accept there were historical grievances that needed to be addressed.

Every Wed a team of medical specialists fly into Kaitaia for a day at the Kaitaia Hospital. As it stands they won't be coming tomorrow. I expect the police to act and act decisively and remove the protesters (by force if necessary).

Do you actually realize how stupid you appear by talking about 'Bren' guns ... surprised you can actually spell the word.

They do it because they've been encouraged to do it by the likes of weak compromisers like the Veteran and John Key.

Marxist dupes who are too dull to know how they're being manipulated.

Treating the rule of law as a joke for so long that these so called Maoris now think they're above it.

A pox on the weakness of the National Party, to blame for so much that is wrong in this country.

Bren, Light machine gun invented 1936 in Czechoslovakia in the City of Brno = BR
Tweaked then manufactured by the Enfield small arms company = EN

BREN Adjustable rate of fire from 400 to 650 RPM (Approx) through an adjustable gas plug. 30 round magazines but usually holding 28 to ease the spring pressure. Served by a crew of two. Usually fired in bursts of three or four rounds to retain accuracy which even by today's standards is very high. Don't forget to hook your left ankle over the right and do not splay your legs.

As I said you demonise when you can't get your own way and you are just so judgemental.

Lord EN ... on behalf of the 'good' people of the Far North thanK you for your helpful comments ... not.

Red ... at least your second para is on the money. Pity about the rest.

Noel ... you belittle yourself in your first para. Take it you are referring to yourself in the second.

On the subject of legal action what happened to the guy who was telling tales out of court and you had his IP address as proof?

The Veteran said...

Noel ... my legal advice was that I would be successful in taking action ... I decided not to. You defame people at your peril. As I said, you belittle yourself in referring to that.

Noel said...

And you upset the people running the email Veterans group when you included them in your threat in addition to the originator. From memory that was the reason the closed it down.

The Veteran said...

Noel ... WTF are you taking about.

I see the black bastards have said they will allow medical flights. I say the airlines should decline to use the airport under any circumstances until Mutu's rabble is cleaned out.

The Veteran said...

Adolf ... they are playing with words. The fixed wing flight bringing specialist medical personnel to Kaitaia Hospital was cancelled this morning. 'They' have taken control of the terminal building and locked the airport staff out. There are now no ATC facilities nor are there any runway checks for FOD. Medical casevac flights go direct from the Kaitaia Hospital LP anyway.
