So if its bollocks why do govts let themselves be bound up in the bollocks? It seems as if there's a constitutional problem that requires we pander to Maori despite them ceding sovereignty in 1840 and clearly re-stating that in 1860 if Wishart is correct.
Who would have thought we'd contemplate legislating a place for stone age mysticisim.
