Simon Arnold said...: I think I'm too late to add much in terms of identification, but just an aside on the lawyers. Shirley was our lawyer in the early days and her office hopelessly disorganised, and Mike Bungay I recall helping us stay out of court in the early days. George Rosenberg who worked for Shirley at the time help in the defence.
