Holidays were so precious.

All too often I hear comments from people being so negative about the School Holidays and having the kids around all day.

We so looked forward to such opportunities to have our children to ourselves for the all too brief periods when we were spared having to share them with the state.

Quality time is so hard to schedule around work and school, so when I hear such negativity I wonder if the whingers really treasure their blessings.

Sheesh, they were gone from us all too quick, but the memories remain.
