At about 6.50am today as mrspdm and I were heading to work we me a cyclist, male aged about 30 riding through the roundabout by the Shell Service Station. There is nothing unusual in that you say.
Well this Dickhead cyclist had no light on his bike, hands at his sides and not on the handlebars and wore dark coloured trousers with a light green windbreaker.
Had this Dickhead been hit by a motor vehicle this morning it would have served him right but guess who the `holier than thou' pro cyclist lobby would have been blaming - yes the poor bloody motorist.

Lately it feels like I've been meeting cycling groups (seem to be offical groups with a lead cyclist wearing hiviz jacket and a tail cyclist wearing hiviz jacket, with all others wearing the fancy outfits) who think that 2/3 abreast is a good time even after glancing behind and seeing me unable to get past safely.
They do themselves no favours....
This clwn was on his own and was heading towards Hastings on the other side of the roundabout as we went straight through it. While there were street lights on visibility was not that flash.
If, if, if... Nothing happened so move on. We can gnash teeth if and when it does.
You'd have more rules than Helen.

3.16 - hard to follow what you are getting at re rules as neither my post or the two previous comments had any mention of rules.
Anyway watch for my follow up post later this afternoon - I think after you read that you will understand my point that the stupidity of some cyclists is unbelievable.
