Is Louis Crimp still right?

On my previous post, there were supporters of Act donor, Louis Crimp.  PM of NZ was one of them.  One of the more recent comments on that post was " Mr Crimp is correct".

To those who believe he is right, do you think this is still the case?

Are Maori "savages"?  Is it true they are not "real New Zealanders"?

I gotta say, I agree that there is a growing degree of separatism in this country, which is leading this country down a dangerous path.  It is wrong.  No one should receive special treatment based on the colour of your skin.  This is definitely happening.

But "savages"?  Not "real New Zealanders"?  And why would you ask a female reporter whether she's ever had sex up against a tree?

How odd.

This scum bag is an embarrassment to the majority of decent New Zealanders. He is not fit to like Hone's boots.

John Banks should tell him where to stick any future donations. ACT should not accept money from retards like him. Sorry if I am not PC.

He and John Banks are certainly showing the right in its full and beautiful glory. Happy to be on their team Nick?

Mr Crimp seems to have some trouble expressing himself on live telly but you have articulated his message. One that I have long agreed with. I caught the end and cringed as he made those final statements.

"I gotta say, I agree that there is a growing degree of separatism in this country, which is leading this country down a dangerous path. It is wrong. No one should receive special treatment based on the colour of your skin. This is definitely happening."

A message I still agree with.

The question for ACT is: Since you appear to find Mr Crimp's commentary abhorrent, will the party still take his 30 pieces of silver?

@ Judge - I'd venture to suggest that right now, Louis Crimp would be as welcome at an Act function as Bill Liu (or Ching Chong Ming, as Shane Jones has called him) would be at Labour Party HQ.

The Maoris-generally speaking (there are exceptions of course) by and large are a huge nuisance to society.
They are lazy gluttons and trouble-makers. They moan about lack of representation, yet on voting day, far less than 50% of maori turned out to vote their own party or any other!! They don't work and try and put a guilt trip on the pakeha to support them for some supposed misdemeanours about 200 years ago. Get over it! Everything Louis said about maori is true. The jails are full of them. As for the haka-I'm tired of seeing their flabby, near-white bodies wobbling around while they perform that grotesque dance and pull those ugly, rude faces. They are only about 15% of our population and hugely over-represented.

Chuck Bird: Why on earth would he like Hones' boots anyhow?? What the hang has that hypocrite Hone got to do with it all. Oh, that's right-he lives it up like a white man in the finest style on tax payers money on overseas junkets, and comes back pretending to be maori!! So many maori want to live like a white man and live off his hard-earned money and pretend to be maori!! Lazy and greedy descibes most of you! (I do have some maori friends & acquaintances who are good and worthy of respect, I do not include those in that general description.)

"Is Louis Crimp Still right"

Whether Crimp was right or wrong was never the issue with you PC totalitarian Marxists.

The issue was that Crimp dared to speak out and say things that conflicted with the "approved" message of the self appointed "liberal" elite.

The issue to me is not what Crimp said, but the reaction to his words. Disgraceful that so many should attack freedom of expression this way.

We should cherish the fact that Crimp can speak out and has the courage to say something (right or wrong) that opposes the liberal mainstream message.

That he is widely condemned for this courage shows what a miserable and despicable little country this has become since Marxist Progressives like Nick and Milt became socially and culturally ascendant.

I see those who find Crimp's views attractive have found this thread.

Disgraceful, indeed. Why, Nick went so far in his vicious attack on freedom of expression as to disagree with Mr Crimp and call his bizarre outburst "wrong."

If only people like Nick and DPF would take an example from your own unflinching respect for the views of others...

Russell and Crimp can say what they like, but if you freely express your disagreement with them you're a totalitarian trying to destroy freedom of expression. And to think people call Russell a weird, psychopathic illogical, slavering loon.

I have no use for racist white or brown. I have no use for racist - Hone, Crimp or you. Hone has a few more brains than you. He set out to cause racial disharmony and white racist fools like you are playing into his hand.

I voted against separate Maori seats in the Waikato as did a lot of Maori.

As if ACT did not have enough problems this moron had to shoot his mouth off.

I am waiting for Banksie to issue a clear statement that he and the board find Crimps comments offensive and these he is an embarrassment to the majority of New Zealanders of whatever race.

He should also make it clear that ACT principles or policies are not for sale.

BTW - what is your name? At least Crimp and Hone do not hide behind a pseudonym.

My Wife used to work for Mr Crimp many years ago.

According to her, he is a very odd wee man, and a bit of a sleeze. He's prone to writing odd letters to the Southland times every now and then.

This is tempered by his large donations to various charities ($150K to St Johns, 200K+ to SPCA etc etc)

Whilst I can't agree with all of his comments, far too many Maori are holding themselves (and the country) back.

I disagree with much that Mr Crimp says but wonder if his comments are much different from those of at least one current MP, disgracefully elected by far-North racists.

Mr deBres had/has no problem with that racist's outbursts.

According to a friend that visited a Nelson museum and looked at a display the problems with Maori today are the fault of the Christian Gospel being preached. He never realised cannabalism and infanticide were so desirable as to be things that should not have been preached against.

Crimp may be a twit with a loose tongue but he's not alone. Colour doesn't matter to most people - its attitude that gets in the way of relationships.
