I suspect its not a Camel. They may not have the skills to copy it but I bet they have mates who do.
The use of better technology from the west by the supposed less tech savvy has seen unpleasant surprises in the past.

Quite so but the point is, by the time they get their mates in China to copy the thing and get it working, along with all the necessary infrastructure, it will be obsolete.
