Nearly three quarters of voters – including most Labour voters – say that the government's priority should be to cut spending rather than raise taxes.

Of course this is the UK - but I'm sure the same is true in NZ.

Just stop paying bludgers, the dole, and the DBP and we don't have to pay more GST

Just stop paying the rest of the bludgers, WFFers and Sickies and Codgers and we can stop borrowing $300 MILLION PER WEEK

Now stop middle-class welfare - student loans, make schools & DHBs companies and we can start paying back the BILLIONS and BILLIONS of DEBT
