If the signing of the indigenous declaration is merely "aspirational", as the government claims, are we now aspiring to have separate systems based on race?

Seems the answer to that must be "yes."
Yeah well the fucking treaty now has the force of fucking NZ law.
Do you think it will be days or weeks before this is taken up to the supreme court which must rule in favour of the treaty.
The ONLY good thing Hellen ever did was not sign this piece of apartheid shit.
