Merry Christmas and a hopeful New Year.

We all know what Labours take is on welfare... the more the merrier.
National are now making some noise in right direction but what will the new year bring?
I guess we will just have to wait and see.
This has been one of the more challenging years for being a retailer but we seem to have survived with our shirts on. I have actually slashed my overheads and am looking forward to much less stress next year. Never waste a good recession as they say.
The highlights of the year were
Seeing the complete irrelevence of Labour under Goff. So well done Phil, keep up the good work.
The falling apart of the AGW scam, although we haven't seen the last of it. The main perpertrators will just ignore the science anyway. It's all about the money now.
So once again thanks to my fellow bloggers for your generosity to allow me to have a say on No Minister.
To them and all our many visitors
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Ok, I forgot to include one of my favourite christmas carols to share with no minister's writers and readers, and here it is from youtube:

Angels From The Realms Of Glory (Sissel with her beautiful soprano + an orchestra)

Enjoy christmas, whether you're atheist or not, the music/melody differentiates no belief.

Merry Christmas Lou, and thanks for writing for us. I have to apologise - I just took it on myself to delete some comments from this thread as one raised a dispute between other bloggers and got some abuse in return. It didn't seem to me that a post wishing everyone a merry Christmas and graciously thanking one's fellow authors should be a place for that.

Yes Lou. Let me wish all my fellow authors and our band of regular commenters a joyous and peaceful Christmas with their families and a pleasant and profitable New Year.

I must say I'm disappointed in two comments on this thread. They are better suited to the toilet wall of a fourth form dormitory and should not be here poluting Lou's blog. However that's none of my business. It's Lou's business.

You'd think adults would see the irony of such ill concealed animosity being displayed at a time the rest of the world is focused on celebrating the virtues of reconciliation and forgiveness.

BTW Lou, you ARE part of No Minister. None of us has any more proprietary right than any other. We can each be chucked out if we upset the sensibilities of enough of our colleagues.

Thank Milt and Adolf.
I didn't remove the comments as I wouldn't know where to start.
Maybe a quick tutorial in the New Year.

Just click on the little rubbish bin and go from there.
