The Obama disaster: At home and abroad!!

If we ever thought the tax and spending debt-fuelling Obananomics was bad enough, let us take a look at the Messiah in the world of defence and foreign affairs.
How delicious that the One calls for a nuclear free world just as North Korea fires a test missile .
Even the Obama-phile ABC News notes the timing.
But let us look at Obama's other recent forays into foreign policy.
His government was meant to change so much and be so friendly with Europe after the Bush era. But what did we see?

The mainland Europeans were not keen on his big bailouts, however much Gordon Brown wanted them. There's little/no help from Europe with Afghanistan and the Islamising Turkey remains hostile to the Messiah, even though he supports their bid for EU membership!
We must not forget the Taliban too. There, the Messiah and his government talked of negotiating with 'moderate' elements of the Taliban, something that was quickly rebuffed by the Taliban leadership.

Obama's attempts at reaching out to Iran didn't work out either!

Either way, we should not be surprised by what Obama said in Prague about disarming America.

"I will set a goal of a world without nuclear weapons. To seek that goal, I will not develop new nuclear weapons; I will seek a global ban on the production of fissile material; and I will negotiate with Russia to take our ICBMs off hair-trigger alert, and to achieve deep cuts in our nuclear arsenals."
Barack Obama October 22, 2007

The video above clearly states his ambitions, something that was perhaps ignored or downplayed by the pro-Obama media of the time. The Associated Press reveals the seriousness of Obama with this policy.

So, as well as stuffing up with his spendthrift socialism at home, Obama looks set to continue his blunders on the world stage.

God help us all!!!

Check out this commentry from Steyn (via Tim Blair):

A quote to give you the chills:
""So we approach a state in which the planet's wealthiest jurisdictions, from Norway to New Zealand, lack any capacity to defend their borders, and the planet's basket-cases, from North Korea to Sudan, will be nuclear powers.

We'll see how that arrangement works out.""

Lucky we are currently outside the missiles reach.

What do the Socialist peace-niks have to say about this?

Scary stuff!

FFM, your post is bollocks. You start with poor analysis, pull in a bunch of random stuff from wingnut websites and a few genuine MSM sources, then finish with a triumphant non sequitur.

First, CB, NZ is not one of the world's weathiest countries. We just aren't. We're second-to-bottom of the OECD (just above iceland) on a per-capita basis, and on any kind of absolute basis we are way, way, WAY down the list.

Norway though, is the richest - per capita - country in the world , the #4 oil exporter, has an reserve army of 100,000, has israel-style compulsory military training, was a founder memory of NATO, runs, 5 Aegis destroyers, and 60 F-16s.
They couldn't win against Russia, but they can sure do a fuckload of damage before the US Air Cav arrives.

Secondly, if NK wants to follow the Soviet Union and bankrupt themselves trying to build a bomb: be my guest!

The problem with the messiah is that he is trying to be darling to the world rather than being acting like a president (ie, be assertive). He is worried about his darling image rather than anything else even to the detriment of security and the economy. I wondered when is he going to cuddle up naked with Castro , Chavez, Kim Il Jong or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. I thin the messiah is dying to get into those acts with those dictators.
