Pope shows kindness and tolerance at Christmas, not!

When you might think there are more pressing concerns, his awfulness has made a speech widely perceived a critising gays.

But whatever we are, aren't we all God's creations?

Thus, isn't it is little blasphemous for the Pope to criticise some for the way God created them.

Hardly the spirit of the week, eh!

I don't think Jesus would approve.

These religious leaders (the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Pope, etc) are old fools who keep cunning the gullible.

Feel sorry for those who fall for their collection of lies and myths....not!

Thats true, we are all created in a fallen state, as sinners.

The point he is making is that we should help others to resist temptation.

I'm going to write a post on this - but the speech was not about gays - they weren't even mentioned.

A whole lot of drama queens getting their knickers in a twist over Catholic teaching that's been the same since the year dot.

When Christmas is over.

ME: You speak for yourself, buddy.

ANONYMOUS: "The point he is making is that we should help others to resist temptation."

ME: They can do their own resisting, as soon as they grow up.

LUCYNA: "A whole lot of drama queens getting their knickers in a twist over Catholic teaching that's been the same since the year dot."

ME: god moves in mysterious ways :)

ps - wait until the "drama queens getting their knickers in a twist" come up against Islam.

In a fine irony, Ol Pope's gonna need them all on-side when that li'l conflict happens. I can see it now "We don't want them, you have them" "No, you have them" "No, you..."

Religion - ain't it great at creating, not solving, problems.

Anonymous above is quite right. Should we be tolerant of people who were unfortunate enough to be born with genes for necrophilia or bestiality or paedophilia or sadism, and grant them the right to accomodate their urges? Man, as the highest creature, has the faculties to judge and overcome the predelictions he has within himself. That is where religion is the solution, not the problem.

The guy who refuses to believe that we are in a "fallen state" probably just believes that his particular predelictions are not wrong or evil, while he would be quite prepared to condemn others who have different predelictions. We are coming to the absurd moral judgement position where only gays will be entitled to regard themselves as the summit of purity and sinlessness, because everyone else's predelictions involve harm being done somewhere along the line; including to the women who bear his children; you know, the "all hetero males are rapists" argument.

turns out there is absolutely no evidence for such genes. On the other hand, there is now clear evidence that a gene strongly presupposes carriers towards liberalism aka socialism

clearly carriers of such genes should be aborted as soon as they are detected.

What a crock of shite!

There is no gene for homo or any other sexual predelidiction
but hetero.
that's the wired one (hardware).
we can choose others (software).

hence we act strange or unatural.

It would be really nice if the various AnonyMice (plural of Anonymous :) would take the trouble to identify themselves separately, so that I'd know which anonymous arse I'm supposed to kick - because I can't believe that one single Anonymous wrote all that nonsense.

Then again.... :)

The Pope didnt say anything about queers.

What he said was that men should be men and women should be women.

This mish mash we have had in education over the last 15 or so years where it was thought that all children are the same. is ruining our children. Boys dont want to play with dolls and girls dont want to play with bows and arrows - but our nanny state leaders think that gender identity is wrong and that we should all be non- gender!!

Thank god that some one has come out and said its wrong to promote a non-gender species.
